Genius Food Purchasing User Agreement
By completing account sign up, you (“Customer”) are entered into an agreement with Alaska Financial LLC d/b/a Genius Food Purchasing (“GFP”).
Trial Period and Fees
GFP offers its Software-as-a-Service at https://app.geniusfoodpurchasing.com/ on a subscription basis to buyers of food and other products to enable real-time online price comparisons and streamlined ordering. Through the Service, Buyers request and receive prices from food suppliers and, then initiate purchases directly with the Suppliers. All transactions take place exclusively between Buyer and Supplier under the terms of each Purchase Order; GFP is not a party to any Purchase Order and simply provides the platform that provides intense price comparisons to optimize purchasing.
Setup Fee
• Customer shall pay a one-time setup fee upon signing.
• Refund: If Customer completes account setup and places their first order by the agreed upon date, GFP will refund the full setup fee within 10 business days of the first order.
• Non-Refund: If Customer does not complete account setup and place their first order by the agreed upon date, the setup fee is non-refundable.
Use of Service
• Customer may use the Service solely to compare vendor prices and place orders.
• All purchase contracts are strictly between Customer and vendors. GFP is not a party to those transactions.
Liability and Indemnity
• The Service is provided “as-is.” GFP is not liable for vendor performance, product quality, delivery, or lost profits.
• Customer agrees to indemnify and hold GFP harmless from any claims arising from Customer’s vendor dealings or misuse of the Service.
Term and Termination
• Customer may discontinue at any time.
• GFP may suspend or terminate at any time.
Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of Alaska. Disputes will be resolved exclusively in Anchorage, Alaska.
